Recordings for my album will start next week !!!!! Who was/is your biggest influence on your career?
Journey, Signal, Toto and many others. Of course Tommy Denander who's
my guitarhero. I'm pleased to tell that he's gonna play guitars on my
album. How did you start out with the Frozen Heart project?
Is it a band or just yourself various musicians? Will you be touring
at all next year? At this moment "Frozen Rain" is a studio-project with lots
of musicians involved. We will see what the future brings and if there
is interest enought for the music. I have received a lot of great reactions
since the site is online !!! What has been the highlight(s) and lowpoint(s)
of your career to date? Highlights: Some big concerts I've did with my band Rhyana, 3 cd's
I've released with songs for children. A lot of primary schools in Belgium
are working with my songs..., biggest highlight so far is having the
chance to work with a worldclass guitarplayer like Tommy Denander for
my album. Lowpoints: I had a deal with Long Island Records some years
ago but then the label went bankrupt and I could forget my album. What do you think of the state of rock music
at the moment? Do you listen to radio much at all? Has the Internet
helped music grow or hindered it? Here in Belgium it's a sad situation for rock music. You only hear
dance stuff at the radio. I listen to my own record collection mainly
(full of melodic rock and AOR) I think internet brings music fans closer
together and that's great. If you could create a fantasy band - what would
be the line-up and why? Tommy Denander of course and members of Journey of course. They're
all great. What CD's do you currently have available and
where can they be purchased from? The album still has to be recorded... Message to your fans... I want to thank everyone for the support I'm receiving from all over
the globe...!! It really means a lot for an unknown and new artist.
