Tommy's
amazing solo project under the name Radioactive has earned him
a huge reputation around the world and the list of guests on the 3
albums he's produced is hard to match for any artist in the
world with names like Jeff Porcaro, Mike Porcaro, Steve Porcaro, David

CEREMONY OF INNOCENCE

One
of the most unique albums never released!!!
Recorded
with Jeff, Mike, Steve Porcaro and David Paich
in Los Angeles back in 1991 this was originally meant to be
a solo album for Tommy.
Due to differences with his label back then, Tommy bought the tapes
back and over the last nine years the album has changed from being a solo
thing to a duo group to what it is now...a one time only life project for
Tommy.
It
is also most likely the last recording to feature the core of Toto
members before Jeff's sad passing in 1992, it was recorded
right after Toto's "Kingdom Of Desire".
The style on Radioactive is like a mix of Toto's ISOLATION,
Giant and Fee Waybill's READ MY LIPS! and among the
song writers you'll find Richard Marx, Bruce Gaitsch, Bobby
Kimball and Fee Waybill.
The album features more true super stars from the westcoast/AOR scene than
any other album in many years and has already been labeled a modern classic. |

How
do you follow up an album that over 10 years became a modern
legend?
The idea was always to only make one album and move on but since
the first album sold so well and created such a buzz around the world
it would only be stupid to start something new under another name so Tommy
decided to keep making his albums under the Radioactive name.
The first one was mostly written when Tommy was 20-23 years
old so he felt very inspiered to show a new and more advanced
side of him plus some of the few negative remarks about the first album
was that people wanted a few more heavy rockers.
This album delivers in every way from song writing to performances
to production and it was voted as one of the top 5 best
rock albums of the year in most magazines and websites.
The cover was painted by great German artist Rainer Kalwitz.
The line up is again really strong with names like Fergie Frederiksen,
Steve Overland, Bruce Gaitsch and Tony Franklin and Tommy
still thinks this album has some of his very best playing ever!!! |

done the second album it now felt very relaxed and inspiereing
for Tommy to make more Radioactive albums so the 3rd
one called "Taken" was the most creative of them all and
absolutely the one that defines Tommy as one of the worlds best
writers, producers and musicians in this style.
