TALK OF THE TOWN
Tommy tells the story of working with Talk Of The Town.

In the late 80's our bass player at the time was "loaned" to Talk Of The Town just for an album...but our band was breaking up so luckily he found a new better home since the band went on to sell gold and to tour quite a lot
more than our band had done.
I knew Thomas Vikström from before they started the band but I honestly didn't know he could sing!!!
He was mainly this little anoying guy who was a friend of one of my friends so when I heard about his band for the first time I quietly laughed and thought "like that's gonna be any good!"..boy was I wrong...he sang the s**t
out of everyone! When the time came for them to make a second album I wrote and recorded quite a few songs with them and we all felt really good about the quality of the songs...but then the band broke up and nothing happend.

Me and Thomas formed our own band, Speedy Gonzales, with among others Dalton from Treat on drums.
Over the years i always felt a bit sad that I never got to be a part of that second album and the band "reformed" a couple of times without me involved but nothing more than a bunch of demos came out of it.
But when AOR Heaven released an album with those demos a couple of years ago and everybody saw that the interest in the band was huge Antonio Saluena signed with AOR Heaven to make a brand new album.

Antonio and me have become really good friends over the years and we've written and recorded all kinds of music but nothing that's been released so when he called me about writing and producing the new Talk Of The Town album
it was a nice cirlce that got closed finally.

I never thought that I would end up writing 11 of 13 songs, playing almost all instruments and produing the big part of it but i'm very proud that I did cause I love this album.
